Cancellation Policy
Simply Lashed Studio has a strict cancellation and no-show policy. I ask clients that are booking to add a credit/debit card on file for this reason. Cancelling 24 hours or more: No Fees, thank you for letting me know in advance.
•Within 24 hours of your appointment time: 35% will be charged of the total and the deposit will be forfeited.
•No call no show: 60% of the total will be charged and you will be banned from booking again.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE,
This is to secure your chosen date/time. The deposit fee will go towards the total value of the service cost.
If needing to reschedule, please make sure to do it before 24 hours of the appointment so the deposit isn’t lost.
